Global ATS Bridge solves a real problem for international job seekers: most Applicant Tracking Systems reject well-qualified candidates simply because their CV formatting, language, or grading scales don’t match US expectations.
The tool translates and restructures resumes from 9 languages (Italian, Portuguese, French, Spanish, German, Indian formats, UK English, and more) into a clean, US ATS-optimized format. It handles structural normalization into reverse-chronological order, international grade conversion (Italian 110L, Indian CGPA, German 1.0–5.0 scales to US GPA), and semantic-preserving “mirror translation.”
An 8-metric quality scoring system evaluates every output: bullet preservation, translation fidelity, structural compliance, section completeness, date accuracy, grade conversion, contact extraction, and semantic retention. A reinforcement learning reward loop benchmarked against golden samples drives iterative prompt optimization.
Built with Streamlit for the interface, Gemini Flash Vision for document parsing, and ReportLab for PDF generation.
